Helping Christian Leaders Build Greater Capacity for Kingdom Impact

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of leading in four very different worlds—Fortune 500 business, nonprofit leadership, pastoral ministry, and professional sports. While each setting presented unique challenges, they all taught the same lesson: healthy leadership is the foundation of lasting organizational impact.

I founded Hexis Partners because I believe God advances His Kingdom through faithful leaders, and faithful leaders need trusted partners.

For nearly two decades, I have helped organizations navigate growth, strengthen leadership teams, raise resources, build healthy cultures, and pursue ambitious visions. My experience includes serving as the #1 nationally ranked Senior Account Executive at a Fortune 500 company, founding multiple nonprofit organizations, planting and pastoring a thriving church, serving as a board president, coaching executive leaders, and serving as Team Chaplain for the Philadelphia Phillies.

These diverse experiences have given me a unique perspective on the opportunities and challenges leaders face, regardless of the sector they serve. Whether leading a business, nonprofit, church, or ministry, every organization eventually reaches pivotal moments when experience, wisdom, and an objective outside perspective can make all the difference.

Today, I love serving Christian leaders by helping them cultivate greater leadership and organizational capacity. My passion is not simply helping organizations grow, but helping leaders build organizations that produce lasting fruit for God's Kingdom.

Every Christian Leader Has a Calling

Ever since Jesus walked out of His tomb, God has been making all things new.

His Kingdom is advancing. He is pushing back darkness, restoring what is broken, bringing hope where there is fear, peace where there is chaos, healing where there is hurt, and strength where there is struggle.

Christian leaders have a remarkable opportunity to participate in that work.

Some are called to lead businesses that create value, provide meaningful employment, and steward resources for the common good. Others serve nonprofit organizations that address pressing needs and strengthen communities. Still others pastor churches that proclaim the gospel and make disciples of Jesus Christ.

While every calling is different, every Christian leader shares the same responsibility: to faithfully steward the gifts, opportunities, influence, and resources God has entrusted to them for His Kingdom purposes.

That conviction is the foundation of Hexis Partners.

Distinctively Christian

Hexis Partners is a different kind of executive advisory firm—not simply because of what we do, but because of why we do it.

We do not measure success by revenue, attendance, organizational size, or market influence alone. We measure success by the degree to which God's Kingdom advances through the leaders and organizations we serve.

Growth is not the ultimate goal. Kingdom impact is. Growth is simply one of the ways God often extends His purposes through faithful people and healthy organizations.

That conviction shapes every engagement.

We ask not only, What is working? but What is God doing?

Not only, How do we grow? but How do we remain faithful as we grow?

Not only, How do we become more effective? but How do we ensure our effectiveness is rooted in character, spiritual vitality, and faithful stewardship?

We believe that when leadership is healthy, culture is aligned, governance is strong, and strategy reflects God's purposes, organizations become more effective instruments in His hands.

Our Approach

Every leader and every organization is unique.

That is why we do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.

While we bring proven principles and decades of leadership experience to every engagement, we begin by listening before advising. We seek to understand your organization, your challenges, your opportunities, and your calling before offering recommendations.

From there, we develop a tailored partnership designed to strengthen leadership, increase organizational capacity, and help you steward your mission with greater clarity and effectiveness.

Whether through Executive Advising, Organizational Assessments, Fractional Executive Leadership, or Speaking, our goal remains the same: to help Christian leaders build organizations that faithfully advance God's Kingdom for generations to come.

Why Hexis?

The name Hexis comes from an ancient Greek word describing the cultivated character, capacity, and readiness that enable individuals and organizations to flourish.

Long before leadership became an industry, Aristotle observed that lasting excellence is not simply the result of what we do, but of who we become through intentional formation and disciplined practice. That insight echoes Jesus' teaching that "a good tree bears good fruit."

This is the heart of Hexis.

Sustainable impact is not achieved by chasing better outcomes alone. It is cultivated through healthy leadership, wise stewardship, strong character, disciplined habits, effective systems, and deep spiritual vitality.

It is one thing to launch a successful business, nonprofit, ministry, or church. It is another to build an organization that faithfully advances God's Kingdom for decades to come.

Hexis Partners exists to help Christian leaders cultivate that kind of lasting impact.

Let's Start a Conversation

Every organization reaches pivotal moments when an experienced outside perspective can help leaders navigate complexity, strengthen their teams, and increase their Kingdom impact.

If you're facing one of those moments, I'd welcome the opportunity to learn about your organization, hear your story, and explore how I can help.
